These Terms of Use govern your use of Trylingual. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Trylingual is a language-learning application. You may use it for personal, lawful, non-commercial learning purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Trylingual provides educational practice and reference material. Results vary by learner, and Philogica does not guarantee fluency, accuracy, examination results, or any particular learning outcome.
Some features are optional and require credentials you supply to a third party, including cloud text-to-speech or AI phrase generation. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, prices, limits, and privacy policies. You are responsible for your own API keys and any charges incurred through them. Philogica does not process payments for those third-party services.
Notes, highlights, settings, progress, and locally generated content are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping any backups you need. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored information.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the app evolves. We may also update these Terms; the current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
To the extent permitted by law, Trylingual is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Philogica does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
